REFUND & CANCELLATION

1. Digital Content & Subscriptions

Due to the nature of digital learning materials (video lessons, notes, past papers, and MCQs), all sales are final.

  • Once a subscription is activated and access to the dashboard is granted, we do not offer refunds for the current billing period.
  • We do not provide credits or prorated refunds for partial months of service or for lessons that were not watched by the student.

2. Cancellation of Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

  • Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will continue to have full access to all paid materials until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • Future Charges: No further charges will be applied to your payment method once the cancellation is processed.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Academic Performance: Refunds are not granted based on exam results or school grades.
  • Accidental Purchase: Please ensure you select the correct course, curriculum, and medium of study before completing the checkout.
  • Policy Violations: No refunds will be issued if an account is terminated due to a breach of our Terms of Service (e.g., account sharing or illegal recording of content).

4. Duplicate Payments

If you have been charged twice for the same subscription due to a technical glitch during checkout, please notify us within 7 days. We will investigate and, if verified, process a refund for the duplicate transaction to your original payment method.
