Parental ConsentOur services are designed for students. Users under the age of 18 must have the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian to register an account and perform financial transactions.

• Account Integrity: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• Strict "One Student" PolicyOne subscription is limited to one student only. Sharing account credentials, allowing multiple users to log in, or sharing access with others is strictly prohibited.
• Accuracy: You must provide accurate information regarding your school and academic level to receive the correct curriculum.

• Advance Payment: All educational plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly basis.
• Price Locking (Grandfathered Rates): We may offer price-locked rates for early subscribers. These rates remain valid as long as the subscription remains active. If a subscription is cancelled and later renewed, it will be subject to the current market rate.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions will automatically renew via our secure payment processor, PayHere, unless cancelled through your account dashboard prior to the next billing date.
• Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our educational content, we generally do not offer refunds once a subscription period has begun.

• Reward Structure: Users may earn a 10% credit by inviting new students through their unique referral link.
• Eligibility: Credits are only applied once the referred student successfully completes their first subscription payment.
• Limitations: Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may only be used to discount your own future subscription fees on this platform.

• Ownership: All content on this platform—including video lessons, PDF notes, and quiz questions—is our exclusive intellectual property.
• Anti-Piracy Rules: You are strictly prohibited from screen-recording, downloading (unless explicitly permitted), or redistributing any materials.
• Security Monitoring: We use advanced security technology to detect unauthorized downloads or simultaneous account logins. Any attempt to bypass these protections will result in an immediate permanent ban without a refund.

"As-Is" Content: We provide educational materials for supplemental learning. While we aim for 100% accuracy in our science content, we are not responsible for specific exam results or individual academic outcomes.

Service Availability: We strive for maximum uptime, but we are not liable for temporary service interruptions caused by internet connectivity or third-party infrastructure issues.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you:

• Breach these Terms and Conditions.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Engage in behavior that disrupts the learning environment for other users.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
